We raced on the 17^th and 18th. TWO DAYS IN A ROW! The sun was out and lots of people on the stands got sunburned It was great the car ran well and the driver Pierre was a happy happy guy. Saturday Pierre arrived at the track early (I think 2:30 or 3:00 p.m.) to get a good spot for the truck and trailer and all the spots were gone that we usually park in he was very surprised. Dick Auchinleck (I like to call the official team photographer) was there and caused the first yellow flag of the night while he was taking photos from the middle of the track.

Yea Dick!

Saturday Pierre finished heat one 3rd, heat two 3^rd and the main 7^th.

For Sunday Pierre asked the crew to be at the track at 10:30. Being as I only do nothing video the car and go for food for the crew and driver. I thought that showing up about ten min. before the first heat would work. Sooo I called D’Arcy to see what was going on and what I might need to bring(hot dog for the driver). He was late still on his way to the track so he show up with the hotdogs for the driver (suck up)

No Race day:(

The Race was canceled due to snow go look at the Rocky Mountain Race Park site the have a great photo of the snow. We’ll try again next weekend at RMRP Saturday May 17 6:00 pm & Sunday May 18 4:00 pm. Hope to see you all there.

Well we are suppose  race to day but I’m not to sure as it was snowing and there is about an inch of snow on the ground. more latter

Dyno the Engine

Hi I was going to write an intelligent post all about dynamometer the engine (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamometer) . But then as I thought about it I don’t know a single intelligent thing about Dynamometer. So then I thought I could tell about my part in all most destroying the engine when I was sent to get the oil, and was given a paper with the exact oil brand and weight (because I cant remember anything and still can’t) and so I brought the right brand but not the right weight and they did not realize until the second pull of the engine. So then I thought I would tell you about how I found the Dynamometer the engine sssoooo boring as they pulled the engine at least a million times doing different things, jets, header length, nozzles, and more stuff that I didn’t quite get.

So I will tell you how much fun we had eating pizza with every one at supper time when they took a break.ok I didn’t finish this and I was going to post photos but my camera broke.
